iPhone repair · Galleria Dallas
Whether it's the iPhone you run your workday on or an older one that has been handed down twice, CELLTECH Galleria Dallas repairs every model from iPhone 7 through iPhone 18 Pro Max, including iPhone SE, iPhone 16e, iPhone Air and iPhone Duo. Screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, back glass and water damage are all checked at the kiosk and quoted before any work begins.
No appointment is needed. Many screen and battery repairs take as little as 20 minutes when the part is in stock, so the iPhone is often ready before you've finished.

Models we repair
CELLTECH Galleria Dallas repairs every iPhone model below: screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair and camera repair.
Repairs
The Galleria kiosk takes on the full range of iPhone repairs. Each one starts with a free diagnosis, because what you can see isn't always what has failed: a screen that stays dark may be a display fault, and an iPhone that won't charge may need a battery and not a port.
Not sure which repair you need? Call (214) 628-6019, describe what the iPhone is doing, and the team will tell you whether the part for your model is on hand.

Cracked glass, colored lines, dark patches, touch that has gone dead along one edge, or a black screen on an iPhone that still rings all point to the display. The display assembly is replaced and checked for touch and brightness before the iPhone comes back to you.
Screen and back cracked in the same fall? Say so at the kiosk. Both are inspected together, and you get one quote that covers everything. See cell phone screen repair, or read iPhone screen black but still on.

Open Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health. A maximum capacity around 80% or lower, a "Service" message, or an iPhone that switches off with charge still showing usually means the battery is worn. Long days of calls, hotspot use and navigation wear a battery faster than light use does.
A new battery brings back a full working day without changing anything else on the iPhone. See Apple battery replacement, or read 5 signs your iPhone battery needs a professional replacement.

iPhone 15 and later charge through USB-C, and iPhone 14 and earlier use Lightning. When either port packs with lint or wears out, the cable stops seating, charging works only at an angle, or wired CarPlay drops out on the drive home.
CELLTECH checks for debris, a faulty cable and a tired battery before quoting a new port, because clearing a port is a far smaller job than replacing one. See charging port repair.

The Galleria kiosk repairs front and back cameras. A cracked lens cover, photos that won't sharpen, a picture that shakes, or a camera that shows black at one zoom level can each come from a different part, so the camera is tested before a price is given.
See iPhone camera repair.

Apple changed how the back glass is attached starting with iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, which makes it more straightforward to replace on those and later designs than on earlier ones. Call with your model first so the part can be checked.
Afterward, test wireless charging and MagSafe before you leave the kiosk. See iPhone back glass repair.

If your iPhone got wet, don't charge it by cable and don't dry it with heat. Bring it in soon. Liquid damage needs a fuller diagnosis than a screen or battery, so it won't be a 20 minute job.
See water damage repair.
Apple or CELLTECH
Galleria Dallas is home to an Apple Store as well as CELLTECH, so it's reasonable to ask which one to walk to. CELLTECH is an independent repair provider and isn't affiliated with or authorized by Apple. The right choice depends on your iPhone's coverage and how your day looks.
If your iPhone has coverage, CELLTECH would rather you use it than pay for a repair you could have had covered.

Company iPhones
With office towers around the Galleria, some of the iPhones brought to this kiosk belong to an employer. A few checks before the repair save trouble afterward.

On a trip
A cracked or dead iPhone is harder to live with when you're away from home. Your boarding pass, hotel key, ride apps and bank codes may all be on it. If you're staying near the Galleria or passing through North Dallas, a same-visit screen or battery repair can get those back without waiting until you're home.

Your model
The exact model decides the part, the price and the time. Find yours in Settings, then General, then About, under Model Name. If the screen can't be read, the kiosk will identify the iPhone for you.
See every Apple repair on the iPhone repair page.

Turnaround
Many iPhone screen and battery repairs at the Galleria kiosk take as little as 20 minutes when the part for your model is in stock and nothing else turns up. Charging port, camera and back glass repairs can take longer, and liquid damage needs more diagnosis. Call (214) 628-6019 with your model to check the part before you park.

Pricing
iPhone repair prices depend on the model, the part and anything else damaged in the same drop. Pro and Pro Max screens generally cost more than screens for standard or older models, and OLED displays cost more than LCD. CELLTECH diagnoses the iPhone for free and quotes the exact price and time before starting. The quote you hear at the kiosk is the price you pay. Call with your model, or use Get a Repair Quote.
