Models we repair
CELLTECH Grand Prairie Premium Outlets repairs every iPhone model below: screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair and camera repair.
Repairs
Kiosk 75 handles iPhone screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, back glass and water damage. The free diagnosis is there to find the real fault and not the obvious one: an iPhone that dies early may have a charging problem, and one that won't charge may only have a port full of lint.
Want to check a part before the drive? Call (469) 286-2520 with your model and what the iPhone is doing.

Broken glass, a display with lines or bruised-looking patches, touch that skips, or a screen that stays dark while the iPhone still buzzes are all reasons to replace the display. The new display is tested for touch and brightness before the iPhone is returned.
See cell phone screen repair, and if your display is flickering, read why a cell phone screen flickers.

Settings, Battery, Battery Health tells you most of what you need. Around 80% maximum capacity or less, a "Service" message, or an iPhone that powers off with charge showing all points to a worn battery. A replacement restores everyday battery life and leaves everything else as it was.
See Apple battery replacement, or read 5 signs your iPhone battery needs a professional replacement.

iPhone 15 and later use USB-C. iPhone 14 and earlier use Lightning. Either port can pack with lint until the cable won't seat, and either can wear out. Slow charging, charging at one angle only, and a cable that slips out are the usual complaints.
Debris, the cable and the battery are ruled out before a new port is quoted, because a cleaning is much less work. See charging port repair and the signs your charging port needs professional repair.

Front and back cameras are both repaired at Kiosk 75. Cracked lens glass, soft or shaky photos and a black viewfinder can come from the lens cover or from the camera behind it, and the store checks which before quoting.

The repair depends on how your model's back is built. Starting with iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, Apple made the back glass easier to replace than on earlier designs. Call with your model to check the part, and test wireless charging and MagSafe before you leave.

Keep a wet iPhone off the charger and away from heat, and bring it in. The store cleans, inspects and restores water damaged iPhones whenever recovery is possible, but it takes longer than a screen or battery.

Protection
CELLTECH Grand Prairie carries cases, screen protectors and accessories at the same kiosk, and the team will fit a screen protector for you. Since many repairs start with a drop, this is what's worth knowing.

Budget
Not everyone can pay for a repair the day the iPhone breaks. The diagnosis is free, so you can find out what's wrong and what it would cost without committing to anything.
You can take the quote away and come back when it suits you.

Your photos
Sometimes the iPhone itself isn't worth much, and what you want is what's on it. A broken screen is a common reason people can't reach their own photos.

Apple or CELLTECH
There's no Apple Store at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets. Apple's stores in Dallas–Fort Worth are listed at apple.com/retail. CELLTECH is an independent repair provider and isn't affiliated with or authorized by Apple.
If your iPhone is covered by Apple's limited warranty or AppleCare+ (check at checkcoverage.apple.com), start with Apple. CELLTECH would rather point you there than charge for work you could have had covered.
For out-of-warranty iPhones and accidental damage, CELLTECH offers a walk-up repair just off Interstate 20, with a quote before anything starts.

Turnaround
Many iPhone screen and battery repairs at Kiosk 75 take as little as 20 minutes when the part for your model is in stock. Charging port, camera and back glass repairs can take longer, and water damage needs more diagnosis. You're told the time along with the price before work starts. Call (469) 286-2520 with your model to check the part first.

Pricing
It depends on the model, the part and the type of replacement part. Screens for Pro and Pro Max models cost more than screens for standard or older models, and OLED costs more than LCD. CELLTECH inspects the iPhone and quotes first, and the quote you hear at the kiosk is the price you pay. Call with your model, or use Get a Repair Quote.
