Samsung Galaxy repair · The Parks Mall, Arlington
From a Galaxy A15 bought for a teenager to a Galaxy S26 Ultra that landed face down on the parking lot, CELLTECH Arlington repairs Galaxy S, A and Note models as well as the Z Fold and Z Flip. A cracked screen, a battery that fades before dinner, a USB-C port that has quit, broken back glass or a camera that won't focus is inspected and quoted before any work starts, and nothing is repaired until you approve the price.
No appointment is needed. Many Galaxy screen and battery repairs are finished in as little as 20 minutes when the part is in stock, so you can hand the device over, carry on with your visit to The Parks Mall, and collect it before you leave.

It also inspects Galaxy devices that have been dropped in water or had a drink spilled on them. You don't have to work out which part failed. The repairs
Each repair below links to its own service page. The Arlington counter quotes every one of them after a hands-on check of your Galaxy.
Galaxy models
Samsung builds its Galaxy families differently, and those differences affect parts, price and repair time. Knowing a few of them helps you understand your quote.

Open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap the About section to see the model name and model number. If the screen can't be read, the store will identify the device for you.
Earlier Ultras such as the S22 Ultra and S23 Ultra use curved edge displays, while the S24 Ultra and S25 Ultra use flat displays. Curved panels are generally harder to source and fit.
Galaxy S flagships use an ultrasonic sensor under the display. Many A series models use an optical in-display sensor, and some budget models put the sensor in the side button. After a screen repair, you may need to register your fingerprints again.
Panel types vary widely across the range, so an A series screen can cost very differently from an S series screen.
These older S Pen models can still be repaired, but parts availability depends on the exact model.
Foldables have an inner folding display, an outer cover screen and a hinge. Call (817) 538-9520 before visiting to check parts for your model.
Samsung tablets fall under CELLTECH's Android and tablet repair.

Before you drive over
A few two minute checks can tell you whether you need a repair at all. They're optional. If you're unsure, bring the device in.
Try a different cable and wall adapter. Shine a flashlight into the USB-C port and look for lint.
Unplug the cable and let the port air dry with the opening facing down. If the warning stays after a full day, have it checked.
Remove any screen protector and restart the device. If ghost touches continue, the display is the likely cause.
Check battery usage in Settings for an app using far more than normal. The Samsung Members app also includes diagnostics on many models.
Call it from another cell phone. If it rings or vibrates, the Galaxy is probably working and the display needs attention.
Wipe the rear lens covers and look for a crack across one. A cracked cover lets in haze and flare; a clean, unbroken cover with a blurry picture points to the camera itself.
Delete and register the fingerprint again in Settings, Security and privacy, Biometrics. If it still fails on a cracked screen, the display above the sensor is the likely cause.

How it works
Walk in or book. Come to Level 2 next to GameStop, or book a time if you prefer.
Describe the problem. Tell the technician what happened: a drop, a spill, a line on the screen, charging trouble. Mention anything that happened just before the fault, such as a software update.
Inspection and quote. The Galaxy is checked, and you're told what needs repairing, the price, and roughly how long it will take for your model. There's no obligation.
Repair while you shop. On many common repairs, you can leave the device and spend the time at the mall.
Test before you leave. Check the display, touch, charging, cameras and fingerprint unlock at the counter.

Turnaround
Many common Samsung Galaxy screen and battery repairs at CELLTECH Arlington can be completed in as little as 20 minutes when the part is in stock and no extra damage is found.
Charging port, camera, back glass and liquid damage repairs usually take longer, and foldables depend on parts. Call (817) 538-9520 with your model to get an estimate before you come in.
If a part has to be ordered for your Galaxy, you are told the expected wait before you leave the device, and nothing is opened until you agree. Most visitors to The Parks Mall drop the device off, catch a movie at the AMC or shop on Level 2, and collect it on the way out.

Pricing
The price of a Samsung repair depends on your exact Galaxy model, the part it needs, and any extra damage from the same drop.
A Galaxy S Ultra display costs more than most A series displays, and curved or frame attached panels add to the part price. CELLTECH gives you a clear quote after inspecting the device, and the work only goes ahead once you agree.
For an estimate, call (817) 538-9520 with your model number and a description of the problem, or request one through Get a Repair Quote. For background on pricing, read the Samsung screen repair cost guide.
Your options
Some repair businesses around Arlington take part in Samsung's authorized or independent service provider programs and offer genuine Samsung parts on selected repairs. CELLTECH is an independent repair provider and isn't affiliated with or authorized by Samsung. Both routes can make sense, depending on your situation.
Whichever shop you choose, ask what kind of replacement part will be used and what the warranty covers before you approve the work.
CELLTECH's guide to OEM vs. aftermarket parts explains the difference.
your Galaxy is out of warranty, the damage is accidental (such as a cracked screen, which a standard manufacturer warranty typically doesn't cover), or you'd rather walk in without an appointment and have the repair done while you're at The Parks Mall.
your Galaxy is still under Samsung's manufacturer warranty or a Samsung Care+ plan, or if you specifically want genuine Samsung parts.

Screen, battery, charging port and back glass repairs don't normally erase data. Back up your Galaxy anyway if it still works, especially before a liquid damage repair.
Residue or debris in the USB-C port can keep the warning on after the water is gone. If it doesn't clear after the port has dried completely, have the port inspected and cleaned.
Often it is, if the rest of the device works well and the repair costs much less than a replacement. Compare your quote with the real cost of a new device. This guide on repairing a five-year-old cell phone can help.
