Samsung Galaxy repair · Galleria Dallas
Whether it's a Galaxy A16 with a spiderweb across the glass or a Galaxy S26 Ultra that can no longer last a Saturday at the Galleria, CELLTECH Galleria Dallas works on Galaxy S models back to the S21, the A series, the Note10 and Note20, and foldables through the Z Fold7 and Z Flip7. Screens, batteries, USB-C charging ports, back glass and rear cameras are all checked and priced before a single screw comes out.
There is no need to book. When the part for your model is in stock, many Galaxy screen and battery repairs take as little as 20 minutes, so you can leave the device at the kiosk, keep shopping, and collect it on your way out.

What your Galaxy is doing
CELLTECH's Galleria Dallas store repairs the most common Samsung Galaxy problems: cracked or unresponsive screens, worn batteries, charging port faults, broken back glass and rear camera damage. It also inspects Galaxy devices that have been exposed to water or other liquids. You don't need to know which part has failed. The rows here show how common symptoms usually map to a repair, and the store confirms the actual cause before quoting.

The repairs
Every card opens the full service page for that repair. At the Galleria kiosk, each one is priced only after the technician has had your Galaxy in hand.
Galaxy models
CELLTECH repairs Samsung Galaxy S, A and Note series cell phones at Galleria Dallas.
Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip repairs depend on part availability, so call the store before visiting with a foldable.
Open Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap the About section. Your model name and model number are listed there. If the screen is too damaged to read, bring the device in and the store will identify it for you.
Standard, Plus, FE and Ultra models from the Galaxy S21 to the S26 Ultra. Display design, cameras and batteries differ between generations, so the exact model affects the part and price.
Popular models from the Galaxy A15 to the A56, with a wide range of display and battery configurations.
The Note10, Note10+, Note20 and Note20 Ultra. These are older S Pen models, so parts availability can vary with age.
From the Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 to the Z Fold7 and Z Flip7. Foldables use inner folding displays, cover screens and hinge assemblies that need different parts and procedures. Call (214) 628-6019 first.
Samsung tablets are covered under CELLTECH's Android and tablet repair. Ask the Galleria store about your model.

How it works
Tell us what happened. A drop, a spill, a line on the screen, or a battery that won't last are all good starting points. You don't need to diagnose the device yourself.
The Galaxy is checked first. The obvious damage isn't always the only damage. A drop that cracks the screen can also bend the frame or crack the camera cover.
You get a clear quote. Before anything is opened, CELLTECH explains what needs repairing, what it costs and roughly how long it will take for your model. There is no obligation to go ahead.
Shop while it's repaired. On many common repairs, you can leave your Galaxy at the kiosk and carry on with your Galleria visit.
Test before you leave. Check the display, touch, charging, cameras and fingerprint unlock when you collect the device.

Turnaround
Many common Samsung Galaxy screen and battery repairs at CELLTECH Galleria Dallas can be completed in as little as 20 minutes, when the part for your model is in stock and no additional damage is found.
Charging port, camera, back glass and liquid damage repairs usually take longer, and so do foldable models. If a part has to be ordered, you hear the expected wait before you leave the device.
Call (214) 628-6019 with your exact model and CELLTECH will tell you where things stand before you make the trip.

Pricing
Samsung repair prices depend on your exact Galaxy model, the part needed and whether the drop caused additional damage, so CELLTECH doesn't quote a single figure in advance.
An S Ultra AMOLED panel costs more than many A series displays, curved screens and under-display sensors add to the part, a bent frame or broken camera cover adds work, and parts availability matters most for older models.
Call with your model, request a repair quote, or read the Samsung screen repair cost guide.

Repair or replace
Repairing usually makes sense when one major part is damaged and the rest of your Galaxy works well. Replacing it may make more sense when several major components are damaged or the quote approaches the cost of a new device.
The most useful comparison is a real repair quote against the realistic price of a replacement. CELLTECH's guide on whether to repair or replace a damaged cell phone walks through the decision.
A battery or screen on an otherwise healthy Galaxy is usually worth fixing; a quote that also covers the frame, back glass and cameras is the point to compare.

Independent repair
No. CELLTECH is an independent repair provider and isn't affiliated with or authorized by Samsung.
If your Galaxy is still under Samsung's manufacturer warranty or a Samsung Care+ plan, check that coverage before any independent repair. Coverage terms may not apply to devices that have been opened by an independent shop.
Independent repair usually makes sense when your Galaxy is out of warranty, when the damage is accidental (such as a cracked screen, which a standard manufacturer warranty typically doesn't cover), or when you don't want to mail the device away or wait for an appointment slot.
Whichever route you take, ask what kind of replacement part will be fitted. CELLTECH's guide to OEM vs. aftermarket parts explains the difference.
CELLTECH would rather tell you where you stand than take on a repair you could have had covered elsewhere.

Before your visit
A few minutes at home makes the visit quicker and keeps your data safe. None of this is required, and the store can help with any of it at the kiosk.
Standard screen, battery and port repairs don't normally affect stored data, but a current backup is always worth having. If the screen is too broken to use, see how to recover contacts from a broken cell phone.
After the repair, the display, touch, cameras, charging and fingerprint sensor need to be tested.
Many recent Galaxy models include Maintenance mode under Battery and device care in Settings. It keeps your personal data hidden during servicing. Ask the store whether they'd like it turned on or would rather test with your PIN.
A reset isn't needed for normal hardware repairs.
It helps show whether the fault is in the device or in the cable and adapter.
It lets the technician see the full extent of the damage straight away, including cracks hiding under the edges.
Settings, then About phone, shows the model name and number. Having it ready lets the store check the part when you call.
On compatible models, the Samsung Members app can test the battery, touch screen and charging before your visit. You don't have to do this, though.
